But I heard 5 Hour Energy tastes like crap. Not a surprise considering it doesn't have sugar, though.

I think Marching12Step might get a kick out of this.

HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO WALK 2 FEET IN 16 STEPS!?!??

Day 4 of band camp, our director walked us through some fake drill today. 16 counts were in between two sets. I had to walk two feet (or so) in that time. I always thought I was wrong because the rest of the drumline was walking a lot further. I ended up right (most of the time), but it was my first time marching drill, so I was a bit paranoid I wasn't right.

Jared's right. Girls have it much worse when going through puberty. Cramps aren't fun I assure you. So be grateful you're a guy when going through puberty.

Well, I did learn enough about it, as it happens. I was actually really close to becoming the Drum Major this year, but the pit was way too small (2 people 8P). You know what, though? I would have been a pretty boss Drum Major.

So story time: Today was the last Friday before school. Naturally I was depressed. Forunately tommorrow is the marching band house party, hosted this year by yours truely. So my rookies decided they were going to help. Well Bre (whom I met yesterday) is deeply in love with Gabe (the little brother I wish my brother was) and decided to make sure Gabe stayed in her sight. I need some help outside and as a joke Gabe pushed me in my pool. I instinctively grabbed Gabe to pull him in too. Seeing both of us were soaked I let Gabe borrow some clothes (most of my clothes are guy clothes). Bre, in jealousy, slapped me, and I, in anger, punched her. Now Gabe can't be around Bre and I together, separately, but not together.

I'm a high school senior this year. I'm sorta excited, knowing this is my last year, but I have some hard classes. Spanish 2, Psychology are the ones I'm worried about. (Note: I go to a high school where you can earn college level credits on the side, and Psychology is one of the college level classes I'm taking. And even though spanish is generally easy for some people, I'm terrible at foreign language.)

As did many media companies. It's more or less a cash cow- they remove the episodes in hopes that people will buy them on DVD or iTunes. But at the rate they're going, they'll loose more fans then gain them.

It was and I really wish I could buy more clothes and a pair of new sneakers like some Jordans or Nikes.

Unfortunately, the bookstore usually doesn't have all of my textbooks in until ~2 weeks before classes start. I'll likely still have to wait to get lab books for at least a week after classes start, too -_-

Dunno the cost of college books, but the cost for AP course books is like highway robbery.

I want to start posting in some of the debates in the debate forum, but I don't want to read pages upon pages worth of material to see what points have already been made. Big problem!

Many might benefit from a reboot anyway. Just look at the threads, see what exists since June or so, and if its not there post anew. ...Also, the Serious: tag is relevant if youe debate is, well, serious.

This can also help: http://victoryroad.net/search.php?f=174

Oh, I wasn't talking about finding a debate to post in. I meant reading all/many of the previous posts in the debate to see what points have been made. You certainly have to do some reading in order to jump in and contribute, but often that seems to force me to go back a few pages worth of posts. I'll just wait for an opportune moment to jump in on the debates I am interested in participating in.

The sad part is I always need a blanket even in the summer is because I am sensitive to the air. I blame asthma.

Get well soon Shiny!

Uh-oh. Being homesick sick isn't a good thing. Nobody is immune to it.

Okay well I was told by my bestfriend to quit symphonic band and go to concert. She really had the audacity to do that.

You can only choose one? We have one band that we call "concert," but is technically referred to as "symphonic." What's the difference, exactly?

Today I had to get blood drawn. They couldn't find veins on either arms (Left arm's are clearly visible but I guess that isn't good enough) so they stuck the needle in the right arm and worked it around to find the vein (Weirdest feeling of my life). So, satisfied, the doctor put the tube thing on the needle thing... but I could tell by how slow it was going she was taking blood from ther muscle. A few seconds of this and my head hurt, my ears were ringing, vision got blurry, and my skin felt like it was on fire. So basically I was passing out.

Gonna try again Friday...

Good news: This was the first time in my life I was passing out and I successfully fought it off. I am awesome.
