He walks over to Sydney. "Bite marks..." he sighed. "I remember when I used to do that.."

"Whoa. Easy." Steve steps away. He was sad that she yelled at him. And also angry.

"Leave me alone." She started to cry.

Steve watches her cry and doesn't say a word.

"Oh... Sorry Sydney..." Matt turned away and teared up.

Sydney locked herself in the bathroom. She cried alot, and was hoping one would knock on the door

Matt knocks on the bathroom door. "Come on Sydney... We're sorry.."

"Go away." She wasn't mad at any of them, she hadn't coped with the loss of her family yet.

Steve stands in the forest not moving a bit. He was thinking. "How dare she yell at me. She killed my parents. HOW DARE SHE!" Marches into house.

Sydney looked at the sink faucet. It was the perfect diameter. She put her finger inside and attempted to break it.

Matt sighs. Then he thinks: Yeah. Theres no chance. She doesn't like me. She would never go out with me...

Steve pounds on the door. "Let me in."

"No." Sydney used all her weight to snap her finger.

Matt walks away...

Steve breaks down door. "I'm tougher than I look."

Matt sighs. Yeah... I know she doesn't love me... I'm just gonna give myself to the soldiers now... Matt walks out the door...

Sydney finger just snapped. She pulled it out of the faucet and then moved to make sure it was broken. Suddenly the bone stuck out.

"What did you do?" Steve runs her over to his First Aid kit.

"It's nothing." She touched the bone with her good hand. "Nothing."

Matt walks into the forest in hope to find the soldiers..

Sydney stormed out of the house. The bone was still protruding out of her skin.

"Oh your bone it's broken." Steve puts bandage around it. "And your mouth is still bleeding." Places bandage in mouth.

Matt sees soldiers in the distance. "Jackpot.

Sydney stormed away. She couldn't stand being taken care of.

Steve sits down. "So Alex? How's it going?"

Matt slowly walks over to the soldiers.

Sydney saw Matt. She ran up to him, bandages all aroud her hand. "What are you doing?"

"Fine." Alex replied.

"What? I'm turning myself in. I can't take this anymore..." He said all depressed at the sight of the soldiers and at sydney.

"You can't take what?" Sydney shoved him down to stay hidden. She ended up falling on top of him.

Matt blushes. "i couldn't take... the fact that you may not like me..."

Steve steps outside. "Soldiers to the north. Help me out Alex."

"Matt, I do like you, but you do some stupid things." She stayed on top of him until she was sure the soldier was gone.

"Okay." This was the first real fighting he had done.

(Night) "Do you like, 'like like' me?"

"Let's go Alex." Steve steps out of the house and into the forest.

Alex walked out with Steve.

Sydney pushed Matt into the ground. She started to kiss him. It kept him quiet enough from him not to be caught by the soldier.

"Mmmm" He said kissing her.

Sydney ended the kiss. "Does that answer your question?"

"Why yes it does." He said shocked

"Good." Sydney got up. "The soldier's gone."

"Wait... did you just do that for the soldiers?..."

"The pushing down, yes. The kiss, no." She smiled faintly.

Matts heart was beating. "Wow. I.." He said speechless.

Sydney wasn't shocked, but she was oddly curious now. It seemed like she just kissed a total stranger. "Matt, I don't know you that well."

"Yeah... I know.. But.. I feels like I knew you my whole life. Sydney. I... love you..."

Sydney didn't know how to react. The feeling was mutual, but she could utter the words. Instead she stammered, "I..lo...I"

"I know what you were gonna say. 'I love you.' Same here to you." He got up and hugged her.

She wrapped her arms around him and buried her face into his shoulder.

Matt patted her head against my shoulder. "I love you too. I love you too."

Sydney looked up at him. She stared at him, eyes locked>

He looked into her eyes and his head slowly moved until their noses touched.

She never so slightly cocked her head, and moved until she could feel his breath on her lips.

Then he finally got the courage to kiss her passionately.

She was new to all this. Her heart beat faster and she grew warmer.

Matt pulled away a bit, but went straight back to it.

Her hands started groping his clothes spasmodically.

Matt doesn't notice what shes doing, and keeps kissing her.

Sydney pinned him and took control.

"Mmmm Go on." He said.

She continued to kiss him. Her hips wiggled to make her more comfortable while also making her seem seductive.

"Ooo I Love You!" Matt said as he let her do things to him.

Sydney was just about to really heat things up, until she heard something.

"Why'd you stop?" He said as he pulled their hips together.

"Shh. Listen." There was some russling in the brushes. She knew it could've been anything, but she was cautious.

"Hmm... Crap." He was a bit mad at whatever the thing was in that bush. "Lets check it out and give it a piece of my mind."

Sydney went with him. It ruined her fun too. She pulled a pistol in case of emergency.

"Put away the pistol. I got two weapons already." *Points at left bicep* "Thunder," *Points at right bicep* "Lightning."

"No comment." Sydney put up her pistol, but she stayed close to him.

"Yeah, I admit, that was the cheeyest thing i have ever said." *Brings out knives, but is careful where i point them*

"I would have to agree." She giggled little, but it was very quiet.

Matt touched the bush with his knife slowly.

Sydney, curious as ever, attempted to peer inside the bush.

"You see anything?"

"No." In an attempt to get closer, Sydney leaned a little on him, pressing her breast against him.

Matt notices and tries to back up so it touches him more.

"It's too dark." Sydney took one last peek into the bush.

"Your right. You have a flash light?"

"Cute." Matt and Sydney try to find the sound souce. Xemnas drops down. "Remember me? The guy who wiped out a whole rebel group singlehandedly? Sydney read about me. In the military news letter." He holds out his hand. "Pleasure to meet you. And you."

Matt being over-protective of Sydney jumped in front of her. "You WON'T hurt her!"

"My my my, hasty, aren't we?" Xemnas said in a sothing voice. "No, dear boy, I wish to only shake her hand. I've no reason to kill someone to whom I am not assigned to. Considering I had quit the Solider Army, I shall only take orders... from rebels now. May I hand-shake you, as well?"

"You promise you are only going to shake my hand." Sydney was hesitant. She was very over-trusting, and that was her main weakness

"My pleasure." Sydney and Xemnas shake hands. "Well, my boy, how say you?" Xemnas sticks his hand out to Matt.

"He doesn't trust people." Sydney looked at Matt then Xemnas.

"You're wish to not shake my hand is fine. The feelings may be mutual then." Xemnas put his hand down.

"So what are you doing out here?" Sydney hadn't familarized herself with the people around.

"I had run from the military, and had accidentally killed 10 soldiers during escape. I'm having posters being put up of me, and gaining notoriety almost equal to that of Matt's, maybe higher. So, I had no one to look to but the rebels. So, here I am, and I mean no harm." He put down his weapons to prove his statement to Sydney and Matt.

Sydney gave him a look then she said, "Welcome to the team."

Xemnas proceeds to collect his weapons. "I shall be in your service," Xemnas said. "What is the first manner of buisness?"

"Well we're just chillin' right now. We're not attacking 'til tommorrow." She shrugged

"I shall rest, then. Have you any quarters?"

"Yeah." Sydney led him back to Steve's house. "Crash anywhere."

Xemnas grabs a chair, and places it on the porch. "I shall stay watch, agreed?"

"Okay?" Sydney went to go get Matt

Xemnas looked down. "I shall amend for my sins... the soldier shall pay..." Xemnas said to himself.

Sydney saw Matt. She grabbed him and dragged him back to the house.

Matt wakes up to find Sydney dragging him by his shirt. "Oh, hey. Can you let go for a bit? Its kinda choking me..."

"Sorry." Sydney was a little forceful at times.

Matt got up. "Hey, umm.. what happened with that Xeemas guy?"

"Uh... he's....at the house." Sydney thought he was going to yell, so she got her hands ready to cover her ears just in case.

"Wait what?! I thought he wanted to kill us!" He said angrily.

"No. He's wanted like you." Sydney grabbed his shoulders but restrained shaking him.
