Indeed I do. In fact, my entire VHS collection (which is mostly blank cassettes for the camcorder and child-friendly tapes for my nieces) fits inside a large Rubbermaid container with plenty of room for the lid to close securely.

How old were you when you saw a camcorder for the first time?

According to the home movies I was going through earlier today, it was during my under-1 infancy. (I finally found a replacement Video8 camera to digitize our old tapes. Now for the time-base corrector...)

Have you ever used a microcassette tape recorder or dictation machine?

Tape recorder... Does a home stereo count? I still have it in my bedroom, and since it still works... Even though I don't play tapes on it, it's still pretty useful as an FM radio or when used as an auxiliary output.

Besides, if we had them it could have played CDs and/or vinyl records.

I'm just surprised that it's still going two decades later. It's a Sony - I'll get the model number later.

Would you want to bring home any random animal you could find?
