They kind of have the same horrible solution for every problem. Actually a few horrible solutions. All of the ones I ever get include, "Unplug your router and try again."

The manufacturer's support should NEVER be used. Go onto their user forums and ask them. Most likely someone else has had your problem and found a way to fix it that works.

I decided to go to the cinema today and watch Inception. Unfortunately, it is no longer shown. I looked for the Sorcerer's Apprentice, yet failed. The only movie I found was The Last Airbender. Yeah, I watched it, but in 3D. The 3D pictures were really amazing, and the story wasn't bad at all. However, I didn't like how the movie ended. The story didn't finish! Seriously, it ended up in the half of the story. I hope a second part appears where the story is completed.
After watching the movie, I wanted to a bookshop and bought two more books; Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix. With these two books, I have a complete set of the first 5 books of Harry Potter. I still won't read them until I finish the book my mom gave me. I still have 3 units in that book, which means approximately 6 more days.

I don't read because the quality of literature is declining. I still read old books, like I got 2010: Oddesey Two a few days ago, but the new stuff isn't interesting.

Mostly because the back cover, which is supposed to give info on what the book is about, is now used to show critics reviews on how great the book is.

The problem with most politicians is that all the big and well-known ones are dirty. :L Some are just better at hiding what they do, but that really is the reality of the situation. One does not get to such large power by being the nice guy, which is quite sad. :<

Few days ago, a serious problem has started here in Dubai. I think you guys know that the UN has made some kind of penalties against Iran. I am not really interested in all of that, but all the countries here got affected! Now, no country is supposed to trade with Iran, and come to think of it, all the Gulf country are considered to be a desert! We might have civilization here, but these countries can't grow crops nor any kind of food. However, Iran has got a a lot of crops and different kinds of food. Now that there is no trade, there is a shortage of vegetables, fruits, rice, etc.. The prices have become 5 times more expensive. We are really facing a problem. >_>

You misunderstood. He said he was going to pull troops out of Iraq, which he has done. He's now putting troops in Afghanistan. They are actually two different wars. Iraq was a war for WMDs, while Afghanistan is actually fighting against us and housing Al-Quaeda (I think)

When it comes to Arab history, I am a very good debater. Generally, I am good in debating. Actually, we had a gerneal debate last year in school, and Shadow and I presented a very good debate topic that ours got sent to the Parliament, which was searching for good ideas from the young students of school. We also had a very powerful debate once, 10 students overall, and we were presented as the best debaters for the last 5 years! That time, I was against Shadow.

Sent to Parliament? Nice! Good job, Spirit! What was your debate about?

That's beyond impressive. I'm glad there are people out there that can debate with others--I can't. I try sometimes, but my thought process appears scattered and disconnected during the debate. It's only after the debate I understand where my thoughts came from.

The debate topic was about what is called Emiratization. An explanation to this is when the government tries to employs more locals. Here in Dubai, it is a great problem. More than 75% of the population of the country is expatriates. Similarly, most of the workers here are expatriates. Locals rarely work, yet they are the richest. So, we were debating for the best way of increasing the employment of locals. Of course, as an expatriate, emiratization is a danger to me, so it was a very hard debate, especially against the locals, who were taking it personally. I actually went into a serious fight during the debate.

When I first went up, my legs were shaking. However, I got used to it later on. In fact, I started to enjoy debates. I am definitely going to take part in the debates next year.

Stage fright's, like, my biggest fear next to needles. I could never debate in a formal setting.

Now combine those two A'bom and you have the one thing that will break me.
I hate needles as well. They wanted me to get 15 Hep-B shots when I've already had 9 at this point. I don't see why they want me to have so many Hep-B shots. They told me in Bio that 6 is enough...

15?!
Whaaaa?
I only needed three! What's up with that?
I haven't had to have a shot in quite some time, fortunately. I scream bloody murder before getting one. It's not the shot that hurts--it's the panic attack before hand.

It's probably just some stuff going on with what the admins are doing, I wouldn't know anything about it.

Yes A'bom, But I only had 9 shots. I managed to convince them I didn't need the rest.

You know we as a human race have way too much time on our hands when we do intensive scientific research on the effect the Coriolis effect has on flushed toilets.

I never had the interest in doing some experiments or research to the toilets, and will will never have. I am just disgusted to think about it.

On another note, I finished Harry Potter 1. It took me 3 days. Now, I can start the 1,000 pages Harry Potter 5. It is going to take me more than a week to finish it.

My dad's laptop crashed yesterday. Well, it works now; it was only out for about a minute. The thing is, the laptop I'm getting in September is the same model. At least it wasn't the same model as my sister's, which he was planning to get me, which has crashed three times so far, and bluescreened a lot more.

EDIT: First Legendary that I got in VictoryBattles. It's an Azelf. I totally didn't react until I hit the adopt button.
"Hmm, none of these are high levels. There's an Ekans and an Azelf of the same level. Eh, I'll go for the Azelf; Ekans would probably evolve soon and I already have two Arbok. *click* HOLY CRAP IT'S AN AZELF!"

Don't downplay it, Lite. Toilet enthusiasts everywhere find this to be a very controversial topic.

I can see how someone would make that sort of connection, since water and air are both fluids.

Well, apparently the way toilets drain in the Northern Hemisphere is clockwise, which is counterclockwise in the Southern hemisphere. Why they bothered to gather such data, no idea.

Well Lite, it may affect toilets, but it also affects tornadoes and hurricanes. The data was probably intended for those two weather phenomena, but someone found out that it could also be applied to toilets.

Well yeah, toilets have the same motion as hurricanes and tornadoes. :3

It might create two vortex's and they hit each other and they explode as they hit each other.

Yes. The water implodes when it's on the equator. That explains a lot.

I agree with what PRS said, it probably just splashes around as it goes down. (Remember people, this is General chat thread, not the chat room.)
