I recently went on a trip to Lebanon and it was AMAZING. Although it was short, we got to have a look at some of the attractions and fun places there. Then, after 2 days, we visited some of the most beautiful cities/places in my country, and we stayed at an awesome hotel, too
This summer has been full of long and amazing trips to different destinations. Going to return back to UAE in 8 days though.

OMG. I hope you get better soon, Spirit

I finished today reading Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief. I can't believe how the director changed the whole plot! Disastrous.
When I was reading the book, I was like: "Is this the same movie I watched a couple of months ago?" because they're both completely different.

I agree. The 6th movie had a lot of romance and was lacking in action, but hopefully this won't be the case with the 7th movies.

It has the 3 cities of Carbon, Most Wanted, and something else combined, I believe. You race online and you can do Multiplayer races and.. Stuff. But I think you have to buy something for $20 if you want to go past a certain point.

Oh my god that sounds great. I loved the Most Wanted game so I'll recognize that city, although I haven't played Carbon. If you can play part of it for free, then I'll check it out.

The price is not a problem for me. I'll check out the game when I return back from vacation, but I hope it doesn't take a lot of space.

Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit FTW

I miss the older NFS games. Back when you could take something like a Corvette, Lamborghini, Ferarri, etc and race. Not this "underground" stuff of today with the cheap "turned up" cars and whatnot.

I sense that you're referring to Prostreet there. I believe I recognize at least one of the courses on there from Underground 1. Not too sure what it's called, though.

And also, I don't have to pay to go past that certain point, because I have the DS version.

That's what Forza 3 is for.

Yeah, I just wish I was into NFS back then. Oldest one I have is Hot Pursuit 2. I kind of want a PS2 right now so I can play the PS2 version of that game; I only have the PC version and the PS2 one is much better for some reason.

www.needforspeedworld.com

You get "Reputation" when you finish each race/pursuit (yes there are cops) and you need reputation to go up a level. Once you get to level 10 you can't level up anymore unless you pay but you still can play for free until level 10, I downloaded it yesterday and I'm level 8 I believe..

So yeah you should check it out. You can play it free for a while. I'm going to buy the extra stuff once I hit level 10.

It's only like 800 MB I think but I'm not smart with computers.. But it only took like 45 minutes to download for me.

Haha that's an old one but I actually have it. xD NFS3 was my first computer game ever, actually.

Once you get to level 5 you unlock 3 sets of performance parts and side skirts from the Safe House. Each set costs $7,000 and the performance upgrade is the same although the side skirts are different. Unfortunately though, you can't get performance upgrades individually.. >_<

And yes, Multiplayer gives MUCH more cash and rep.

Long live my useless instinct!!!!

Also I can't think of any reason why I can't sleep.
Edit: Nevermind, I figured out the problem. Apparently theres a really high pitched noise coming from somewhere outside my room, and I can barely hear it from inside my room.

Yeah, New York is nice. If you mean the city. If you mean the state that's also nice, cause I live there.

Now here, instead of getting a tornado, we are getting sandstorms. Thick sandstorms.

How bad are the sandstorms compared to tornadoes? I suppose they don't do too much damage besides erosion but I bet your houses are built to withstand that.

They are built to withstand sandstorms, but last year, a very strong sandstorm hit the country that no body was allowed to go to the streets as many accidents occurred. I am not sure if there were any death accidents, as I wasn't in the country.

Surf north of blackthorn. You then have to use whirlpool to get to the den in the middle of the cave. Now just make the obvious answers to the questions.

I think he's just referring to books based on pure fact. Kinda like most the books in my house.

Fiction all the way, dood. There are more than enough non-fiction books in my house, but I never read them. I'm more of a magazine person myself.

I used to read a lot of series books like Harry Potter and Alice. Now I am reading manga books and currently reading a horribly cliche Shōjo. Can't really find a decent manga that catch my attention. Maybe I should get back reading series books...

How old do you have to be to babysit there? Here it's 13 but 12 to stay home alone. Also 12 to sit in the front seat of a car, but nobody follows that.

1. I think it's 16 if it's not your sibling.
2. 12 to sit in the front seat of a car?! That's stupid.
3. In the UK, if your below a certain height you have to sit in a booster seat. There are people in my year (14-15) that have to sit in booster seats (I don't think many of them do, though...)

Yeah... Last time I went to the UK I'm pretty sure I was below the limit, and I didn't have a booster seat.

I'm pretty sure you have to be at least 13 here, so that's not too far off.
And I know some people that are 10 and sit in the front seat.
