Yep. That's how I train my gym Pokémon and even a couple of my in-game team.

I like the design of Omastar. I've tried using Omastar on a team, actually, but it's been awhile since I've done so.

Do you mean out of the original series or any Megaman game in general?
Original series: 10 because of this:

MM10 had a great soundtrack.
Megaman in general: tie between X4 and X5. X4 was faster paced and had amazing game feel, but X5 had the superior soundtrack, at least to me.
