"Look at the bottom of the page." George sighed as he showed the note.

"Okay, then do we have a suspect?" Greg didn't get information on the case.

"Yes. We believe it may have been someone from the Richello family." George commented.

"Probably, Which Rachinello do you believe it is?"

"Haven't got to that conclusion yet." George countered.

"The murder's almost an exactly replica of the Davy Anderson case. Tom Knack was the one who killed him, but he was sentenced to death. It must be someone close to Tom or who studied him greatly."

"Let's check his files. His friends names might be in there." George added.

"Alright." Greg went to grab the copy of the file from the car.

George looked at the crime scene. He noticed that his head had a bullet hole in bottom of the ear.

Greg grabbed the file and returned to the crime scene thumbing through.

"Greg I found a bullet hole." George examined the bullet hole.

"Was it placed where at a first glance it would be a suicide?" Greg noticed the pictures and where bullets were placed.

"No. It was a faked. It's a murder not a suicide." George countered.

"I know this. It's Tom's trademark. By the way, he has a daughter and son. Katie and Dalton Knack."

"Shall we pay them a visit?" George asked.

"Let's go." Greg started to head down to the car

"Yeah..." George agreed as they walked to the car. He had a suspicion that this Greg wasn't the person he said he is.

"We're going to Elm Street Resturant." Katie was working there.

"Why we just had lunch?" George drove in the direction of the restaurant.

"That's where Dalton works. Katie works at a golf course outside the city."

"Dalton huh." George arrived at the restaurant. He put on his sunglasses to look intimidating.

Greg found the host. "Is Dalton Knack working?" The host pointed to a young, tall man handing coffee to some elderly gentlemen.

"Dalton Knack. Take a seat." George said as he stood over him.

"Yes sir." Dalton sat at an empty table and waited for one of the two to tell him what was wrong. Greg sat in the chair opposite of Dalton. "Your father was Tom Knack?"

"Yes was this criminal your father?" George asked wanting to get him angry.

"I don't associate with my father, but technically yes." Dalton looked down in shame for admitting this.

"Do you have any information you wish to tell us?" George asked.

"I haven't spoke to my father since the trial. The only reason I knew he was executed was the paper." Dalton started to stand when he added. "You might want to talk to his assistant, Aaron."

"Aaron...?" George asked, hoping to get a last name.

"Oh umm Aaron Giles. I think he works for some law firm now. Not sure which one."

"We'll research it." George said as he stood up and began to leave.

Dalton smiled and waved at them. He didn't want to make it seem like there was anything wrong. "Aaron Giles. That name sound really familar." Greg was thinking aloud.

"Never heard of that name." George admitted as he went into the car.

"Aaron Giles used to, not sure if he still does, working Rob Walters, the largest lawyer in Chicago."

"So I'm guessing suing him will be difficult." George laughed at his own joke.

Greg tried to recall the location of the firm. "Main and Elm. It's on the corner of Main and Elm."

"Thanks for joking around." George mumbled as he drove to the location.

Greg got out and went inside the office. It was just as he remembered, busy stuffy and not alot to do.

"We're looking for a Mr. Rob Walters." George asked the reception lady.

"Aaron Giles as well." Greg added in.

"Tisk tisk." George said as he waited impatiently.

Aaron, 6'2" in height with a scholarly appearance, came out first. Then he was followed by a 5'3" man, red-faced and heavier set, who appeared to be in his late forties. "I'm Rob Walters." Rob put out his hand in a kind but stern manner. Greg took it and shook it violently. Soon the hand was in front of George.

"Put your hand down son. And answer some questions." George said as he lowered Rob's hand.

"Yes officer." Rob led them into a private office.

"Now we have some questions about you and your friends." George said with a straight face.

"Ask away." Rob sat down and waited for the first question.

"You know a Dalton? Correct?" Said George as he adjusted his sunglasses.

"Yes. Tom's son. Nice kid." Rob paused and thought. "Is something wrong?" He asked in seriousness

"Yes. Yes there is. Fill in the rest Greg." George added.

"As you know, Tom was found guilty in a number of murders. His tactic was used in a recent murder. We believe Dalton was involved." Greg wasted no time.
"Oh... well.. What can I do?"

"Tell us where he was at the time. What he was doing." George added.

"Working I assume. He has 3 jobs."

"Anything else? What you were doing at that time?" George added.

"Eating with my wife and a few clients." Rob was slighty offended

"Okay. Your free to go. Thank you for your time." George said as he put away his pen and paper.

Rob walked away when his secretary came in and closed the door. "He wasn't with his wife. She came in looking for him. Please don't tell him I told you that."

"We won't mam. And thank you for your tip. Any other info?" George asked pleasantly.

"Dalton was working, but he left early and came back 30 or so minutes later. Helpful?" The secretary smiled and waited for a reply.

George jotted down the notes. "That should be enough info. You may have just helped us solve an important case mam. Thank you." George grinned as he walked away.

Greg followed behind.

"Well looks like we got our lead. Book em and let Donna free?" Asked George.

"Donna's under arrest for running alcohol." Greg corrected

"Ah." George said as he entered the cruiser.

"Let's go arrest Dalton." Greg sighed

"Alright." George said as he got the handcuffs. George began to walk into the building.

Greg followed closely behind

"Can we speak with Mr. Dalton again please mam?" George said kindly.

"Dalton! Can I see you?" Dalton came out "Yes?"

George quickly grabbed his arms. "Your under arrest!" George said into his ear.

"Why?" Dalton questioned

"For murder in the 1st or 2nd degree." George said with force.

Dalton said absolutely nothing as he walked to the cruiser

"Watch your head." George said as he pushed him in the backseat. "Good work today Greg."

"Yeah." Greg got in ( I feel like Greg is useless.)

(Pretty much... lol. Try another colourful character.) "Better ride over to the jail. I feel Chicago is going to be a safer place with us." George said as he began to drive.

Greg didn't say a word until he got to the police station.

"Okay. Your going to your cell. MOVE!" George said as he grabbed Dalton by the collar.

Dalton walked silently however when he got to his cell, he turned and spat in George's face

George punched Dalton in the face then shoved him into his cell. "Dirty kid." George mumbled wiping off the spit.

Dalton started to yell and get offensive.

George locked the cell and walked away.

Greg looked at George. "Scary young man." The DA came in suit freshly pressed. "Greg you're going on some undercover work. George, do you happen to need a partner?"

"Yeah why not." George said firmly.

The DA looked at George. Sam came out. "Miss Walters, I don't have enough officers." Miss Walters lokked at George again. "Can I be his partner?"

"Sure." George grinned.

"Well looks like we're partners. My name is Claudia Walters."

"Hi Claudia. I'm George." George held out his hand.

"Pleasure to meet you." Claudia shook his hand firmly and smile.

"What's our next case chief?" George asked.

Sam looked at some files. "Highschool student went missing yesterday. His name is Dean Morrell. He doesn't have any known enemies. Check it out. By the way,the school is borderlining gang terrority. You two may what to go as subsitutes or something."

"Sounds good chief. We're gonna head over there right away." George said firmly.

Sam went back into his office to let George and Claudia get some work done. Claudia grabbed her jacket and signalled George to come. She was excited to work him.

George followed and opened the passenger seat door for her.

"Thank you." Claudia got in and read over some files. "What did you do in high school?" She called out to him.

"I studied Science and was one of the most fit in my gym. Pretty much perfect cop material." George bragged. "What about you?"

"I was only in highschool for 2 years. I was extremely smart, but I was a choir nerd. Always got lead in the school musical." Claudia was always embarrassed about choir. "Looks like Dean was our standard jock though. Football in fall, basketball in winter, baseball in spring, and swimming during the summer."

"Hmm... my best bet is a person who was jealous killed him." George said.

"He's not confirmed dead. Just missing." Although Claudia was a lawyer, she only jumped to conclusions in the court room

"Or kidnapped him." George added. "Who knows. Where to first?"

"The school would be our best bet." Claudia brushed her hair back and asked, "Are we going undercover like Sam said?"
