I bought a copy of Kirby Superstar: Ultra tonight at a local GameStop, so I naturally play it right away. Pop it into my 3DS, and what logo comes up in the game card channel/slot? BRAIN AGE. As in, train your brain in minutes a day, copyright 2006 or something, BRAIN AGE. I had to check that the KSS:U art was on the back of the cartridge, and sure enough, it was. Luckily, that GameStop had 2 copies of it, and the other one was fine, but still, how does sort of thing happen? Someone has some serious 'splaining to do here...

Nope, it looked the exact same as the copy right next to it on the same shelf, since they only had the cartridges of all the used games. I really have no idea how someone managed to pull off such a convincing back sticker, but it was there, and according to the guy working there at the time, it probably netted the guy who sold it $8 (Brain Age gets $2 buyback, Superstar Ultra gets $10).

What a great way to get 6 dollars, so much money!

Also, in unrelated news, I've learned that having a bad connection in Minecraft makes you so much better in PvP; every time I fight someone with a connection worse than mine (which isn't hard), I swear they can hit me from twice the distance I can hit them. Even if I'm running (and jumping) away, or in water, people can always get 2-3 free hits on me, even after the knockback is supposed to bring me away from their reach. Does lag reward people in other games like it does in this kind of situation, or is this just a case of role-reversal?

It's lag compensation. Basically a way of saying "Sorry your connection is bad." Same thing happens in TF2 all the time (especially with Spies and their backstabs).

The Internet connection lag I had a few days ago. I had 5 bars and it said "Not Connected to Internet" and I really could not get on the Internet. I know this was because of an outage in the area, but this lasted for 4 days. :I

The ABC of death. I heard about it and watched a couple of clips. T is for toilet is well done and the director only use clay. I heard most of the short films are horrible. I can see someone struggling paycheck to paycheck just to get by doing this, but a licensed CPA?

Every month, I go to check my alternate e-mail address, one which I got extremely lucky to obtain. (It's a Pokémon name @ a free e-mail provider.) Every time, I have about five to ten new messages (aside from 300 spam messages with fake coupons, dating sites, and other nonsense). There exists a bunch of kids out there who think it is a brilliant idea to sign up for game sites without using their own e-mail address and instead happen to coincidentally enter mine. Sometimes, it's something that's actually something you'd want to use your own e-mail address for, such as signing up for Xbox Live Gold, setting the emergency contact for a new e-mail address, registering for school stuff, or microtransactions (payments) in an online game.

Seriously, what group of idiots out there think it's a good idea to use a supposedly nonsense e-mail address when registering for something they actually are going to use (especially pay for)?

So, a relative of mine is moving and had a comedy of errors while packing the other day.

The last thing he did while packing in the main area of his house was put a big bottle of vodka in a box. Not even bothering to close the box, he goes to work in the garage for a bit. While working in the garage, he hears his 3 dogs running about the house. Nothing unusual there, right? Wrong! When he comes out of the garage he sees just what went on while he was working. The dogs had managed to get the cap off of the vodka and had drank what spilled on to the floor. At the same time, one of his 2 cats had hopped on the counter and got its head stuck in a bag of pretzels. The now drunk dogs are chasing this cat, with his head still stuck in the bag, about the house. He yells at the dogs to "STOP!", which they promptly do. One of them looks at him and pees. He had yelled at the dogs so loudly that it startled the other cat, who just happened to also be on the counter. In this cat's hasty retreat off of the counter, it knocked down a pitcher of Kool-Aid. More of an LOL than a WTF, but still, WTF?

I remember a few days ago when I was fighting Morty in SS. I won against him ( and his 22 and up Pokemon ) WITH A LEVEL 18 DITTO!

For me: Losing to a Kenshi spammer a while ago. Though Kenshi is MADE for spamming, I figured out his spamming tactic (everyone has one) and managed to beat him fairly easily after 3 matches, 2 which I lost. The rest I won, which were about 6 more.

I just learned that back in 2000, the Magic: The Gathering World Finals were televised... by ESPN! I still can't wrap my head around this, so I'll just leave you with the video.

Well I'm guessing another network must have already been broadcasting Fishing, or College Tennis or what ever crap ESPN considers a sport more ten people can be expected to watch. As long as ESPN gets left on in random bars and college dorms the network still gets money regardless of how many people are really watching.

The first thing I needed when I bred for Zorua for my LC team was a female Zorua to breed down Night Daze and Foul Play with. I got N's Zorua and a Ditto, made 5 eggs, and they all hatched a little later. All 5 were female.

I smelled food so I walked downstairs to eat and BAM! I tripped down the stairs but caught myself before I fell. I shook it off, this always happens to me.

I walk into the kitchen to see what smells so good and SLAM! The picture frame on the bookshelf falls. I spin around fast thinking someone is trying to kill me. But it falls every day, it's nothing new. That thing is going to give me a heart attack one of these days.

Then I open the freezer and WHAM! If I didn't jump back then tubs of different hard frozen objects would've fell on my feet.

So now I'm done. I give up on life. I choose to be sheltered in my room forever! Protect me, safe internet!
