Arlene smiled briefly as he called her 'Gardevoir girl" again, then carefully peeked outside before heading into the hallway again. "I think I know where that first passageway led," She said as she went, "There's an arena down that way; that's where Tate and Liza usually go to practice. I'm not sure where the one Len and Haltwhistle goes, though.. I should've paid more attention while I was here.." She berated herself.

"Don't worry the fact that you pretty much know were your going is enough come on let's go"Alex said

Len walked through the tunnel it led to stairs he went up them and he saw he was above an arena and Nate was battling! He knew he had to help but then he saw Lily. (Oh boy she was turned wasn't she oh boy). "L-l-Li-Lily how are y-you"He asked

Monferno was injured on the ground and Nate tried to run towards it but One Deoxys caught Nate with a Psychic and the other was charging a Zap cannon
"Well anima it's been fun...im going to take a page from alex, he never left his partner, neither will I" Nate said
and The Deoxys Fired it Zap Cannon.... And there was a light..
Anima's Flame erupted on its tail, it ran to the Zap Cannon attack. and used Fire Punch on it, it Dashed and used Shadow Claw on Both Deoxys and jumped back to Nate and then it began to glow..
"its about Time" and Nate Smirked

Drayden: No! I can't possibly be you!
???: What's wrong Drayden? did you think i was dead?
Drayden: Grunts! teleport him to Tate & Liza! they'll finish him with their Deoxys strategy!
*Little did Drayden know, that Nate was already fighting Tate and Liza... and The Trainer was teleported away...*

The Monferno had finally evolved into an Infernape
"hey....Anima, lets show them what we can really do, use shadow claw on Deoxys attack"
and in a blink of an eye Anima lept infront of the Attack Deoxys , not giving enough time for the Defense Deoxys to help out, and Clawed it unto the Ground.
"Hmph...wheres your perfect combination now?' Nate asked
Liza and Tate were too surprised to answer

*The trainer suddenly appeared in the room, and saw that Tate & Liza had been taken out*
*The trainer walked up to nate...*

"Who are you..".Nate asked...."Dont tell me your with Drayden"

"Alex ran to the arena with Arlene and saw Tate and Liza defeated. "Nate your ok thank god...but what happened to Len?"Alex said.

Lily looked up, and smiled.. But the smile wasn't normal. "I'm fine, Len! Look, I managed to steal this from Drayden!" she was surprisingly lively, dispite earlier seeming rather shy and stuff. Spiky jumped off of Len's shoulder, onto hers, then shivered, and jumped back to Len, her cheeks sparking. Something was wrong..

Len stepped back. "Lily your not fine what is that...Are you still Lily?"He said

???: Me? With that fool? No! definitely not.

"well its seems as though i can trust you, so lets get going.." and Nate ran in the opposite direction

*The pokemon trainer tagged along behind nate*
???: Where exactly are we going?

"Who knows but lets go c'mon Gardevoir girl and whoever you are new guy"Alex said well running after Nate.

???: This plan has so many flaws i've lost count! Haha!

"honestly, I dont know i want to meet up with my friends first. then we can all face Drayden together" "Nate said "Oh.....what are you doing here"

"Ya who are you anyway" Alex said

Arlene followed behind them, keeping her eyes open for anything that might cause trouble. Maybe that message Misty gave her put her more on edge than she'd thought.. "What's your name?" She asked the newcomer.

???: Me? Most people just call me M, Leader of the Radio Island gym!

M: But this is no time for small talk! Let's do what nate says and find your friends

"Ya come on Arle-oh just come on"Alex said. (What the heck do I have...Feelings for her?...No that can't be it...)He thought to himself

*They reached an intersection*
M: What now?

"Hmm...We should stick together last time we separated Nate almost died"Alex said. "Well Nate what do you think?"Alex asked

M: Really? what happened?

"Nate almost died cause a gym leader shot him you see we all got seperated by arceus then after awhile of looking for our friends we had to battle Elsa and Claire we beat them but Clair shot Nate but a little after Ar-Gardevoir girl here saved us"Alex explained

"Well theres 4 of us, so we can split into 2's, that makes it safer." Nate said

"Okay Nate choose who you want to go with you who ever's left can go the other way"Alex said.

M: Wow...
M: hey nate! good idea!

"I'll go with M, Alex you can go with Arlene"

M: Got it.

"Oh uh okay c'mon lets go"Alex said he than started going down the hallway

"Be careful," Arlene said to Nate and M before turning to follow Alex. She looked down the hallway with a frown, "I don't think I've been past the arena before," She said, "So I'm not sure where this goes."

"Alex..Arlene, please be careful, there pulling out all the stops" Nate said

"That's okay I have know idea what i'm doing to"Alex said then he looked at Arlene and smiled a bit then looked back ahead of him.

M: Okay, let's go!

Arlene smiled back briefly before also turning back to the passageway ahead of them. She wished she could find something more to say, but she just kept drawing blanks. She just scanned the hall in front of them, trying to see if there was any danger ahead.

M: My Porygon will be able to see far ahead with it's Psychic abilities, Go! Binary!
*M sends out his porygon*

"ok lets get going." and nate Ran forward
then they came into a dark room.

M: Damn! My Porygon does not know flash!

"well...i guess were gonna have to rely on instinct here" Nate said

M: I guess we are...
*M and Nate started to move forward cautiously*

Alex and Arlene walked but Alex noticed something. "Is it getting cold or is it just me"He asked

She hadn't noticed it until Alex brought it up, but Arlene suddenly felt it, too. She shivered, "It's not just you," She replied.

"Do you want to turn back you seem really cold"He asked then the path started gettig icy

"It's too hard to see." Nate said
and then there was a distinct scent in the air....
"It smells like....water?" Nate wondered

M: This is getting stranger by the second!
*M and Nate started to slow down*

Arlene shook her head, "No, I'm fine," She replied to Alex. She slid a bit on the suddenly icy pathway, and pressed her hand against the wall to steady herself. They were so cold, it almost hurt her hand. She straightened again carefully. "I think we're getting close to Candice," She said softly.

"Ya we have to be on guard"Alex said

Then the lights turned on and it was a Water arena
"hmmmm.....what is this" Nate asked
"recovered from a bullet wound i see" and Misty appeared from the other door

M: Hey! Is... Is that... Misty!?!?

Alex and Arlene reached the end of the hallway and came into an icy arena. "Oh boy it's time to fight Candice isn't it?"He said

"what do you want misty....i dont want any problems" Nate said
"well your here to defeat drayden. so you are my problem" Misty said
"M....she's not going down without a fight' Nate said

M: Okay. Stand by, Binary
*Misty stood at the left side of the arena*
Misty: So which one of you wants to go first, eh?

"M you go first...." nate said

"I think so," Arlene replied to Alex. She looked to the far end of the arena, and there was Candice, standing perfectly still, as though she'd been frozen. Arlene shivered again, though it wasn't from the cold this time; The look Candice was directing at her was full of an icy hate.

"I will fight her she's not getting to you Arlene I promise"Alex said. (Huh I auctully said her name!).

M: Okay, misty. I'm first!
*M walked over to the other side of the arena*
Misty: So be it! Go, Kyogre!
*A massive Kyogre materialized into the water*
M: Okay Binary, you're up!
Misty: Attack with Hydro Pump
*Kyogre let out a huge jet of water*
M: Protect, now!
*The atack bounced right off the Porygon*
Misty: What!?
M: You're not the only one with fine-tuned pokemon in this arena!

"M....your porygon was..Fine Tuned?" Nate questioned "How'd you get it"

M: Oh, sorry. I did'nt tell you! I genetically modified it myself!

"...oh..ok, just dont lose we need to beat drayden, and to get to him we need to get past her"Nate said

"Aw, how sweet," Candice said mockingly, her voice as cold as the arena they were in, "But I don't think you're aware of what you're planning to deal with here." She looked at Arlene again, "Did Misty ever get my message to you?" She asked.
Arlene nodded silently, involuntarily shivering again.
Candice smiled coldly, "Really, Arlene, I thought you were braver than that."
Arlene stiffened slightly, "I'm just cold," She lied unconvincingly.
Candice laughed, though, like everything else about her, it was cold and harsh, "You've been away from Snowpoint too long, then, if that's the case." She looked back towards Alex, "I suppose you're going to insist on going first?"

M: Okay...
Misty: Enough chitchat! Kyogre, use Thunderbolt!
*A huge thunderbolt rapidly flew through the air and hit Porygon directly*
M: Binary!!
*Fortunately Porygon survived the attack*
M: Okay! use Tri-Attack
*All three attacks hit Kyogre, but all the attacks hardly made a dent!*

"No really I am not going first"Alex said calmly. "Of course I am I won't turn down a opportunity to clobber a gym leader Skelose time to go"Alex said. "Houndoom"Skelose said
(Master wants me to fight ok)The pokemon thought

"hey do you have anything effective that can work on it" Nate asked

M: Okay Binary, try Thunderbolt!
*Porygon let loose a thunderbolt that struck the legendary pokemon directly*
M: Yeah! direct hit!
Misty: No!
*The Kyogre was badly damaged*
M: Finish it with another Thunderbolt!
*And with that, the Kyogre was down, along with misty!*
M: Yeah! go Binary!

"So....you gonna kill me now.."Misty asked
and Nate walked up to her "........No i wont. true trainers dont kill others" Nate said "Tag along with us, so we can all stop Drayden together" and Nate put his hand out
"Ok.." She said and she got up and cried to herself

"Very well, then," Candice said, "Regice, let's go!"
The Large, Crystal-like Legendary Pokemon stood on the field, seeming to make to already-chilly battlefield even cooler than it had been a moment ago. "Regice, Lock On!" Candice commanded. Regice held out one of its "hands" towards Skelose, and a small cross-hair seemed to suddenly appear on the Houndoom's head.

(Just a heads-up, We're going to visit my Grandparents today, so I'm probably not going to be able to post very much this afternoon.)

*M shook hands with misty, and they continued on*
Misty: Drayden's Chamber should be jst down this corridor

And after a while there was a big door, with another hallway connecting to it.
"ok guys i say we wait for everyone and hopefully we can defeat him together" Nate said.

M: How will they know to come here? We should go and find them. Misty knows her way around, so we wont get lost.

"Okay Candice bring it on!!"

"True....Misty, lead the way" Nate said

Misty: They're most likely fighting Candice, so... This way!
*The trio started down yet another narrow corridor*

"AncientPower!" Candice commanded. Large glowing rocks suddenly appeared around Regice, spinning around it for a moment before sailing directly for Skelose. The thing about the Lock On attack made it certain that, even if the Houndoom tried to dodge, the attack would still find a way to hit him. The only downside was that it only lasted during that one attack, so it'd have to use it again if it wanted the effect to last.

"Alex, Arlene....Please be safe" Nate said "We all need to find and save Lily"

M: who is Lily?

"A friend who was with us during the beginning, before we were sent here. and when we were split up we never saw her, same with another friend of ours, Len, i hope he's safe as well, he came inside with us." Nate explained

"Lily what are you doing here!?"Len asked

M: We need to find them! Quickly!

(Sidenote: Going off now, back soon)

Candice watched as the AncientPower continued towards Skelose, "Hm, I thought someone so willing to be the first to battle would be putting up more of a fight," She noted.

"Im hearing something...lets go" Nate said
and they continued running until the ran into a frozen wall

"Skelose dodge then inferno melt that pokemon"Alex commanded. The houndoom swiftly dashed away then let out the mighty flames and damaged the Regice severely. "He for a gym leader I thought you would put up a fight"Alex said smugly.

The AncientPower attack suddenly turned and hurtled towards Skelose again. "You forgot about the Lock On," Candice told him, "That attack isn't going to give up its target until it hits."
The Regice stumbled back from the Inferno attack, but still remained standing.

"Skelose destroy the rocks solar beam"Alex said. The houndoom charged and blasted the rocks to peices.

"Hmph. Not bad," Candice said, "But you won't be so lucky this time. Regice, use Icy Wind followed by Hammer Arm!"
Regice blew a cold wind through the arena, and small bits of ice began to grow around the Houndoom's feet in an attempt to hold it in one place. Then the Legendary Pokemon rushed forward, its right arm raised high into the air, ready to slam it down onto Skelose.

"Skelose i'm tired of this inferno again finish of that Popsicle"Alex commanded. The houndoom got up and let out a massive flare and blew the regice away causing it to faint.
"Good job Skelose so Candice do you have any more surprises like a gun that seems typical of you gym leaders by now"Alex said

Candice looked at the fainted Regice with a strange mixture of dismay and pure anger. She looked at the two kids standing on the other side of the arena, and one hand seemed to move a bit towards something at her waist, but then she stopped, and both arms fell to her side. "Just.. go." She said through clenched teeth, "Now."

The door defrosted and Nate ran in to see what happened.
"Guys what happened?" Nate asked
and as misty showed up behind him she looked at Alex

"I'm guessing you aren't very happy are you Misty unless your no longer Drayden's pawn I don't take back what I say but you seem normal"

"I...I'm sorry, thats all i have to say to you" Misty said
"Guys lets just go to Drayden's chamber, probably Len would already be there" Nate said

"Len...what happened to him?"Alex said. "And it's okay Misty I only talked like that to you to seem like a threat"Alex said

"I dont know what happened to him since we entered here." Nate said
"so what do we do...i think we should wait for him"

"I don't know maybe we should open the doors"Alex said.

Len was waiting for Lily to respond to him. "Lily whats wrong you haven't answered my question"Len said.

"no....lets wait, hopefully Len can hold his own" Nate said

"Lily what's wrong"Len said. "Ahahaha hello again Len how are things I see you lost your dark aura how about I give it back to you". "W-wha Drayden!"

"Guys....i think we should go in now...."Nate said, all of you ready.

"Ya c'mon lets do it"Alex said

(Ok i think we should wait now)

(Good idea)

"Hey.....guys....all i can say, to what happens next.. Alex,Arlene,M and even you misty. i trust all of you and were going to beat drayden right" Nate said
