Is anyone here a sprinter or a runner? Track and field is on monday (if the weather cooperates) and I personally am EXTREMELY thrilled. I cant wait to run the 100 m, 200 m, 400 m and then finally long jump. Now, I am short compared to others, but I use my speed to jump far. As for sprinting I am just naturally good at it. I guess the best part about running is the thrill.

Oh and btw, my fastest time for 100 m is 14.54.

And about the running subject, I love running. I play basketball, football and I was forced to run track once I went to a combine and ran a 4.2 in a 40. For those who don't know what that means, it means I am fast.

But that has nothing to do with it. I just love running! I am a Shooting Guard at my school and when we have to do suicides or laps around the gym at practices, I am excited while everyone else sighs. Same thing when we do agility's for football practice. Of course no one on my Track Team has a problem with running laps.

I'm slender, but not athletic at all really. All I do is run on a treadmill I have at home alot, to keep the pounds off. I don't play any sports though.

The way I see it is, you can eat anything without getting fat as long as you're willing to work it off somehow. McDonalds doesn't bother me because I work out daily. It is a matter of how you carry yourself. Own the food, don't let the food own you!

Shampoo, who doesn't need it? I use Shampoo every time I get my haircut. And actually every time I take a shower really. The only problem is every time I do use shampoo, my yellow on my fur kinda fades for two hours and then the color comes back after that. I feel sorry for anyone who tries to rubs shampoo and water on my head cause yeah, you're definitely going to get shocked.

I have school until June 9th.
But I'm not coming to school. Actually, the last 3 days I'm not going. Cuz' everyone's going to be at a DC trip. Its like 480$ to go, and its on a LOOOONG bus ride from the midwest all the way to that little corner, DC. Screw that. I'm spending 250$ of that to buy two things: Pokemon Soul Silver, and a plain, DS.>:3
