Since Christmas just passed by,
Sonic Colors- Wii $50, I can safely say the game is awesome
DKC Returns- Wii $50, the game is kick ass Nintendo nostalgia all over again I'll be reviewing this as well as Colors
Mega Man Zero Collection- DS $30, Zero > over blue boy any day
2 Layton games- DS $50, Pretty fun puzzle games
My brother (not TM38) and I put our money together (I payed 20 bucks) to get Kirby's Epic Yarn. And Epic Yarn is to me as Epic Mickey is to The Tropius of Tropius. I frigging love it!
My brother (TM38) and I are also considering buying a PS2 and some Ratchet and Clank games.
Oh, and I pre-ordered Black today.
Might as well show you guys some of my Christmas gifts ![]()
Okami - Haven't played it yet, but theres a sticker saying it got a 9.5 out of 10
Kirby's Epic yarn - REALLY FUN!! Even though of the fact you can't die, that really doesn't change the fact that I'm having incredible fun with this masterpiece 10/10

Twilight Princess (wii) left, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue (DS) and 360 Headset (middle), Halo 3 (right) actually 9.99, not 19.99.
For a total of about 65$. Mystery dungeon free because of buy 2 get 1 free deal on preowed of equal or lesser price. I am happy. Also saved about 24$ buying used added in with Powerup Rewards Pro.
EDIT: Forgot the 4GB Mini Sd card w/ adapter for 12.98
My arceus, I sound like a salesman.

I bought Portal earlier ($14.99). First game I bought off of Steam.
|
Sonic the Hedgehog - Genesis - $3.49
Sonic 2 - Genesis - $3.49
The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past - SNES - $14.99
I wanted to get Yoshi's Island, but the only copy that had came with a box, and cost $30. And since pre-GameCube games were buy 2 get 1 free (luckily interchangeable), I had to get something, so I decided to try a Zelda game.
This wasn't all too recent, but I bought the Humble Indie Bundle 2, which included everything here, including the games from Humble Indie Bundle 1.
Super Mario Kart - SNES - $15
Super Mario 64 - N64 - $10
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 w/ box - Genesis - $10
The first N64 game I've gotten in a while, along with one of those expensive mainstream games and the last game to finish my Genesis Sonic collection (before I get a SegaCD that is >:D). Ironically, due to a buy-2-get-1-free deal, the boxed game came free.

Just got Metroid: Other M a couple days ago. It's plain awesome, like a game and a movie put into one. And I don't care much for graphics, but I've never seen graphics like this on a Wii game. It's like PS3 graphics. o_o
I'm probably going to do a review on this game when I'm bored.

There's a difference between:
Wii ![]() and PS3 ![]() Anyways, on topic I just got Super Mario 64. For some reason, I used to hate 64. Playing it again ten years later, now I love. Is that strange? 0_o |

2 – LiteTheIronMan, Mario227Pokemon Black - DS - $35
Drill Dozer - GBA - $15
Buying two great Game Freak games makes me decide which button to press whenever I start up my DS; "Pokemon Black" or "Start GBA Game."
2 – OMGITSJAD, ShinyTony Hawk's Underground 2 - GameCube - $5.99
I discovered that there was a Game Craze branch near me, and naturally I wanted to look around. I looked for Super Nintendo games while my sister went to see if they had an Atari 2600. Neither of us got what we were looking for, but I did find that they had an entire GameCube section, and I immediately found this.
Guitar Hero III (PS2) - $2.99 - For the most part I tend to stay "behind" a generation in gaming since it is generally cheaper. As of two weeks ago I just entered the plastic instrument controller phase so I've been picking up GH games (already got the first and second ones)
Viva Pinata (PC) - $6.99 - Again, I like to stay behind on games. I heard it was a good game and for that price why not?
Super Pad 64 - $3 - One of these. It actually feels like a pretty comfortable controller, but I'll have to take it for a "road test" to find out.
1 – NingamerI got an Xbox 360 and $95 dollars today, so naturally I went on a bit of a shopping spree.
NASCAR 2011: The Game - $50
Test Drive Unlimited - $40
Forza Motorsport 3 - $20
Need for Speed Shift - $20
Xbox 360 Elite Wireless Controller - $50
Luckily my sister bought the controller or else I wouldn't have been able to afford it. ![]()
This thread need more Potato.
Oh whoops, I meant

Oh WHOOPSIES, I meant

Gosh darn it! What I mean to say is

There we go. If you haven't got this, GET IT. If you haven't played the first Portal, GET IT and PLAY IT BEFORE you play Portal 2. The story is so much better if you've played (and finished) the first.
2 – AnathemA, zsaberslashI wanted to buy Minecraft the other day with some money I had left on a Visa gift card, but it didn't do 3D transfers, so I renewed my World of Warcraft account. I also got Okami today. I've been waiting for my local GameStop to get a copy. Lucky enough to grab it, I suppose.
1 – Arceus is EpicPortal 1 and Portal 2. Finished the first one, installing the 2nd one as I type this.
1 – zsaberslash
1 – zsaberslashSuper R-Type for Super NES. Just got it today (May 25, 2011), in fact. Probably one of the best Super NES cartridges I've ever bought for $3.00.
I'd eventually like to get Okami, but I'm torn between getting the Wii version and getting the PS2 version, and yes, I have both consoles. Anyone care to figuratively give me their two cents?
I found Super Mario Advance 4 (Super Mario Brothers 3) for the GBA last week at a thrift store for all of $1 (yeah, I'm a big spender).
1 – zsaberslashI recently placed an order for a few things on Amazon:
Sonic Riders Zero Gravity (Wii) - $9.79
The original was pretty fun, so I picked this up.
Sonic Gems Collection (GCN) - $15.98
Sonic the Fighters plus a few other Sonic classics (But mainly Sonic the Fighters)? YES. PLEASE.
And although not a video game, I also got a Pichu figurine for $16.98. I've been wanting to get a Pokemon figurine for some time, so I got that with the leftover money in my account.
EDIT: Also got Sonic Mega Collection (GCN) for $7.39, pretty much the only thing I could buy with the other remaining money I had in my account.
1 – Mario227Hmm... just yesterday, I bought Wii Points card and spent it on Pokemon Rumble for the wii (Strangely addicting game, by the way...) and Super Mario Bros. 3 (My first nintendo game I ever played. Had to get it for the nostalgia.)
Today, I learned that you can use a debit card to get points for the 3DS, so I bought The Legend of Zelda: Link's awakening DX, and also a strangely interesting game called Shante: Risky's revenge. So far, I love it.
I now realize I spent a lot of money this week.... my poor wallet... >_<;;
From Goodwill:
- World of Warcraft Battle Chest (PC/Mac) - Original retail price was $40+, I paid $3
- Mortal Kombat for Sega Genesis - $1; a "toasty" deal, in my opinion
From GameStop:
- Korg DS-10 Synthesizer for Nintendo DS - $10; pretty addicting music tool, if you're into making your own electronic music.
I was originally going to get an additional PS2 controller and an EyeToy camera, but when I saw DS-10, I knew the synth had to take precedence over the accessories, as it's fairly hard to find in stores.
