i need either a shiny or non-shiny timid heatran with a hiddenpower if grass with a base power of 60-70. I do want a shiny one though i can offer pretty much any pokemon.

its gotta have at least 31 ivs in speed and close to 31 ibs in sp.atk, other stats dont matter as long as the hiddenpower is like wha asked for.
