◾A Pokémon may not hold a Leppa Berry and carry Recycle and Pain Split on its moveset.
◾A Pokémon may not hold a Leppa Berry and carry Recycle and Fling on its moveset.

•Evasion Clause: The moves Double Team and Minimize, in addition to the abilities Sand Veil and Snow Cloak, are not permitted in play.
•Moody Clause: Pokémon with the ability Moody are not permitted.
•OHKO Clause: A Pokemon may not have the moves Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, or Sheer Cold in its moveset.
•Sleep Clause: Only one Pokémon may be put to sleep on the opposing team at a time, if not induced by a move such as Rest.
•Species Clause: Players cannot have two Pokémon with the same Pokédex number on the same team.

-Also, the self KO clause will be implemented which means when your last Pokémon KO's someone else's last and dies to the recoil of either life orb or a recoil move, you win the battle. For example, if I am using Staraptor and it is my last Pokémon and it kills my opponents last Pokémon with brave bird and dies to recoil, I still win the battle.

OHKO moves are not allowed and the only hax item that isn't allowed is Bright Powder.

Rough Skin + Rocky Helmet and Garchomp can be a rather surprisingly good physical wall. Its base-108 HP stat is often overlooked.

Mawile is not banned but it is SOOOOOO powerful... if it weren't so susceptible to burns and if it wasn't so slow I could see it being banned to ubers.

It has access to swords dance to make up for burns. Sucker Punch rids of the speed problem or revenge killers.

Kangaskhan* is also able to be burned, but is banned. .-. I guess breaking Subs is still greater than awesome typing, SD, priority and excellent coverage. I mean, I usually carry Pokemon with Fire power to get rid of it (unlike my selection for this tourney), but eh. xD
