Oh believe me, I loved the strange ending to Love and Battles. I was yelling about it for about 5 minutes straight. Might've woken up the neighbors. Hehe.

I'm gonna try to get the strange ending for every single movie after I act in all of them. But I can't figure out how to do it for the original Brycen-Man. :/

Is it even possible to screw the first movie up?

Very possible. I did it on my first try in Japanese because, well... I obviously couldn't read which line I was supposed to use. And I swore that I would not use any walkthroughs (How I beat that game I'll never know.) Basically choose the bad line and the Vullaby (It's a Vullaby, right?) will use a Flying type move that kills you instantly.

Route 5

Trainer Tips!
  • You can buy five of a randomly chosen EV-reducing berry for 200 Poké each day.
  • If you can get Lansat, Starf, Enigma, Micle, Custap, Jaboca, or Rowap berries on the Dream World, they can be sold for 30,000 Poké each!
  • Sell your Casteliacones for 2,000 Poké a pop!

I've been requested to share some of my get-rich quick schemes for my bro who's on the verge of being broke.

-Use the Amulet Coin for every battle, especially in Black Tower. (Going after old men and women to battle in Black tower will usually give you over 30k a battle if you have an Amulet Coin)
-Selling all of your ores to the old man in Icirrus City
-Rebattling the Elite 4 over and over (usually with the Amulet Coin)
-Selling all of your artifacts

Moral of this post: USE THE AMULET COIN
You seriously get so much more money this way.

EDIT: The ore guy in Icirrus City will buy Hard Stones for $500 a piece. So if you're someone who has around...oh say 157 Hard Stones, you will get $78,000 for selling them all. ;p

Holy crap, don't think I've ever seen this before!

As I was biking back and forth waiting for eggs on Route 3, I got the "Hey" and turned to go to the man. Two step later, as I was going towards him, I got another "Hey" but still only got a single egg. As I was biking away, back to the route, I got a THIRD "Hey" and turned around to get another egg.

Something like that happened to me and now I have 5 Bulbasaurs which I need to trade away over GTS.

I just noticed I didn't post this before.

Does anyone think this is a possible My Little Pony reference to Fluttershy's signature, "umm, if you want to?"

Now I wonder if anyone else will say the badge is a reference to Rainbow Dash's cutie mark. I highly doubt it is.

I haven't found any shinies with my bran new Shiny Charm yet, but while catching these Patrat I got 3 critical captures in a row. Critical captures increase depending on how complete your Pokedex is. Now I don't want to say it's a 100% chance with favorable conditions when you've completed the Pokedex, but BOY IS IT COMMON.

Hmm...

Is it just me, or are almost all the battle transitions in the game Poke Ball-free compared to anything between Gen II and IV inclusive?

Well I think that was to just speed things up compared to 4th Gen. Back in D/P/Pt, speed was a HUGE issue as everything moved so slowly. Even I admit to this and I refuse to see any faults in Sinnoh (Just try using Earthquake with the animations on. You will die of boredom.) Since it wasn't necessary to have all that screentime for that 1 Poke Ball, they cut the animation for the transition from 3-4 down about 1. Because Black and White's all about speeeeeed~! Gotta go faster, faster, faster-faster-faster!

Y'know, speaking of which, I wish disabling the battle animations disabled a few other things too, like the intro fade in, toss-the-ball animation, and the delay for the cry. Disabling the move animations really speeds the game up, otherwise. I usually like leaving them on except when grinding, and when you're doing that, you really start to realize how much time you lose with the aforementioned animations.

121. TurtwigX said on December 5, 2012, 08:45:28 PM (-08:00)

I also wish they would remove things like the confusion or healing (in double or triple battles) zoom effect when animations are off. Whenever you hit yourself you always zoom in and it takes up so much time when it could just show the regular damage... non-animation. (What could I call that?) And when in double and triple battles, if you use a berry or something like that, it will zoom in on you, zoom OUT, and then zoom BACK IN. Completely unnecessary.

I've finally come to understand how the BP yield works in the Pokémon World Tournament and why it's so much better than the Battle Subway. For the World Leaders Tournament (Maybe the Champions/Type Expert, too. I never tested) each Pokémon left alive after a battle counts for 1 BP to your final amount (if you win.) So you can earn a minimum of 3 BP if there's only one left standing in each battle or a max of 9 BP if you completely sweep whoever it is you're going against. And this changes with the battle style, Double and Rotation yielding a max of 12 and Triple Battles yielding a max of 18 (since you bring in your whole party.) Now that I know this, I'M SPAMMING IT WITH MY AWESOMELY UNSTOPPABLE TEAM! HERE I COME, ALL TMs!

Wait, the lightING or the lightNING? The lighting is supposed to represent clubby type fashion shows. But... I dunno about that lightning thing. My favorite part was definitely seeing my face on that large screen~ So wonderful~

Having an orchestral version would sound funny. I don't object, but maaan how would that work...

Yeah, lighting.

I can't help but notice how the club lights stick to the surface.

Converting a club rhythm into something orchestral? Hm

I'm gonna leave a quick tip here: use the Battle Box if you have a complete team and don't want to dig it out or split it up over the course of the game. When you go on Wi-Fi and start a battle, you can choose between the party and the Battle Box.

To edit your Battle Box, go to PC > Amanita's PC > Battle Box. Instead of the party, you have access to the Battle Box in the bottom-left corner.

Hmm I am not really sure but I would say no because I think it has to be with Pokemon of different languages unfortunatley. That Korean Ditto hasn't given me no luck yet, but I have only hatched about 40 eggs lol. I just stuck it in the day care to hope I get lucky while hatching eggs to build my team.

While people popularly say "foreign language" Pokémon (And I just use Japanese to be safe), it seems that any Pokémon internationally traded from a country that isn't your home country will work.
