"Matt?" Sydney picked him up and carried him to the hospital.

"Oh.." Samantha teared up a little. "That's healthy, to be in love."

"Yeah. Although I almost died. That wasn't healthy. Hate isn't healthy. I hate Matt."

"I... Can't breathe.."

"I hate Matt. But I can't kill him. All I can do is run."

"Don't worry. I'll get you there." Sydney kept walking.

"Well, no it's not." Samantha didn't know what to say.

"I guess I should kill Matt's military friend." Steve stands up and charges at the other men.

Matt was grateful that Sydney still trusted him. "..Thanks.."

Steve killed Matt's friends. "Burn in hell military scum."

"No problem." Sydney started to tear up.

"Violence never solves anything."

"Too late." Steve walks beside Sydney. "Hey." Steve put his arm around her.

Matt heard his friends die. "No..." he muttered to himself.

Sydney kept walking. She didn't even acknowledge Steve.

"Hey friends. And Matt." Steve said angrily.

"Hey." Sydney sounded cold and distant.

Matt was close to dead. Not even by a thread...

"Heh. Whatever." Steve jumped into some bushes and silently crawled away.

"Hurr-" his voice stopped.

Sydney arrived at the hospital. "Save him!" She started to cry.

"I hate them. Except Sydney." Steve eyes sparkled with tears. "I'm gonna go hide."

Matt could not speak. His heart beat was stopped.

"I hate him. I hate him!" Steve rolled on the ground.

"Hurry!" The doctors came out and took Matt away.

Steve finds a revolver. "I should use this." Steve aims it at his head.

"Get...steve..." he fainted.

Doctors tried to jump start his heart. Sydney ran looking for Steve.

"I have to do this. I hate my life." Steve is half way to shooting.

Matt's heart was slow. It kept on skipping beats ..

"Steve!" Sydney saw him.

Steve fired. He died right there. (I'm out. I don't wanna be in this thing anymore.)

(Why?)

(I have better things to do) Steve died.

(I respect your descision) Sydney cried, turned around and went, to see Matt.

(Besides I got school. I might be on in the winter break or spring break. Or next summer.)

Matt was regaining as they worked on him. (Brb)

Sydney arrived at the hospital.

"I heard the shot...." he cried

"Matt... this a grave time for us all." (Did I just miss 40 pages? Can someone give me a short summary of what happened.)

(We're in Oakland. Matt when to the military he attacked us and we fought back and won. I shot myself because I wanted to quit.)

Matt cried when he heard the shot ring out. His heart was barley pumping.

"Steve's..." Her eyes were flooded with tears. "He's gone!"

"I heard...." He finally bursted with tears. Another thing was that he was, he was afraid he was the next victim. He was also dying...

"Hang on, friend. You'll be fine." Xemnas patted Matt on the shoulder. "But now's no time to show weakness."

"Ill..try..." He coughed, and a tear flew down his face. He was getting better as the people treated him, but he was still hearing a bit of ringing...

"Do you... wish to talk?" Xemnas grew bored easily.

"As mu" He coughed.. "As much as i'd" Again he coughed. "Like to..." He passed out.

"...friend..." Xemnas sat next to his beloved friend, Matt.

Matt's heart beat slowed.. He was slowly dying again, and the doctors were all on lunch break.

"...Hm? Doctors, come over! Quickly!" He sent out to find them in the lunch room, and escorted them to the ER.

Matt's breathing has stopped. His mouth was dry, and he felt as if he was about to die..

Doctors began work. They worked quickly to revive Matt on time. "..."

Matt was slowly getting worse and worse...

"...friend..." Xemnas started to tear up.

Matt was starting to get colder, he was getting pale.

"..." *sniff* "MATT! DON'T you DARE d--die-ie!" Xemnas sobbed hysterically.

"I...i..ll..try.." He coughed.

"MATT! Hang on." He tried to hide that he was crying, now that Matt was conscious, he blushed.

(what did I miss) "MATT!!" Sydney started to cry

(Still in the hospital, and X arrived crying. G2g soon to eat tho...) "I'll watch... over..." He gets weaker.. and weaker.. by the second...

"MATT!! You be okay!" Sydney hugged him.

"AGH!" Matt's breathing worsened. "Sure... Hope so...." He tried to get some air, but opening his mouth hurt him.

"Matt don't worry." Sydney attempted to flag down some doctors. "HELP!"

"But... what if I die?... I would only be able to see you from above... Thats all the reason to worry!" Matt cried and coughed.

Sydney heard Matt. Suddenly she stopped what she was doing and teared up. The sheer thought of him dying was overwhelming. "YOU CAN'T DIE!!"

"Hope... so..." The doctors started to give me air.

Sydney was still crying. She couldn't let Matt die.

"Need... more... air..." he gasped for air, but it was almost useless. The doctors almost couldn't find a solution... This could have been a new virus that comes from intense heat... Aka, the C4...

Sydney hugged him lightly. Tears streamed immensely down her cheek, and her eyes were as red as a ruby. "I love you."

"I love y-" He passed out, and his breathing stopped, and his heart skipped a beat.

Sydney broke down. She wept hysterically.

The doctors did what they can to help him. Matt was hanging on to dear life in order to complete Sydney's needs.

Sydney could see how much pain he was in, and she stopped crying. If he was only going to be in that much pain, she didn't want to see it even if that meant he would die.

"Sydney... Stay with me... Please..." He cried. Suddenly, the virus was slowly going...

"I will." Sydney stood beside him as long as she could holding his hand.

"You swore to survive. Do it," Xemnas said in an empowering voice.

"I... I will!" Matt suddenly felt a rush, and he got so much better. "Wow! What just happened doc?" Matt said joyfully. "We found the virus, and ejected it! Your clear!"

"Congrats, chap. You're all better. That doesn't excuse..." Xemnas stopped.

"Excuse.. Come on, finish your sentence." He said curiously.

"Steve."

"Don't mention Steve!" Sydney started to tear up.

Matt began to cry when he heard the name. He felt as if it was all his fault...

"Don't cry!" Sydney started to cry harder.

"I won't if you won't..." He wiped his tears.

Sydney made an attempt to stop. The effort only managed to lessened thhe tears not stop them.

"Yeah.... it's too hard to stop..." He sniffled.

"Anyways..." Sydney made an attempt to change the subject.

"Anyways... Go on." He tried to stop tearing...

"How are you feeling?" Sydney's tears were getting close to stopping.

(The legend of Steve lives on!)

"Just a bit weak... And a lot tired..." Matt said lazily.

"You should rest." Sydney started to rub his shoulders. It was a comforting/ flirting mechanizing she had learn.

"I will soon... But not yet. We should celebrate?" He said hoping for SOMETHING to happen.

"I guess." Sydney kissed his cheek. She really had no plan for the "immediate future."

Matt stared at Sydney's face. "Anyways, should we get going? Where are we sleeping today? Not the hotel..." He remembered how they blew up the hotel...

"I don't know. We could always find and empty builing or something." Sydney was always somewhat optimistic.

"We could... ask for a stay at the hospital. If we have the money." Xemnas eyed Sydney.

"True." She didn't have any money though. She didn't have any growing up either.

"I can pay for a nice hotel. Can someone reach for my wallet on the desk over there?" Matt pointed at his wallet.

Sydney walked over to the desk. "Can you catch?" Without giving him time, she tossed the wallet at him.

Matt accidentally drops the wallet, and it leaks some naked pics of Sydney in the shower. "Oh... Crap.."
