Speaking of pets I've been thinking of not going with a dog or a cat in the future, assuming that I can get a pet in the first place.

I'm thinking of pet... lizards. Eep.

Dude, get chickens. They lay eggs and eat all those pesky bugs that you have to see all over the place. And they're the funniest birds on the planet.

My family has a few chickens now. Will probably try to get some whenever I move out and buy a house with a yard. Chickens are awesome.

I wish I could have a pet. I love dogs the most. I've researched them for a long time and they love me and I'd know I'd be at home with one. But because of my asthma I'm really allergic to pet hair. Tragic...

Alternatively, I'd like a snake, but my mom doesn't agree with me on that one.

I've always thought about this, though. Can pet lizards be, like, really friendly?

I've been hanging out in other places and discussing about it, and, well, apparently, the answer is yes as long as it's the right kind.

I had pet lizards once, two actually. Mine were nocturnal, but they were the cutest things when they were awake. You're asking about in the right places, because some really are too good to stay away from.

Hey, does the Pump it Up music count? Lol. I listen to the tracks from it occasionally, which is created by a Korean Pop band named BanYa. Neat stuff. I do not know a whole lot about Korean Pop music, but more than Gangnam Style, that's for sure. Respect!

It certainly counts. As long as it's not just that one song by PSY, or one of those other things that he created specifically for his newfound American audience. Personally I'm a fan of the Brown Eyed Girls, but ever since my obsession with The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix I've been keeping my tastes mostly English.

Not to say PSY makes bad music, it's just annoying how his ONE song penetrated US radio because of how popular it was on the internet.

I stopped watching in the middle of A-chan's journey because... well the whole thing just got stale. Seeing Kanto all over again even with a randomizer was enough to make me realize that it had gone on long enough. The charm of the original two had passed by and it was like a cartoon series that used the same jokes in every episode. The only way I could see people still going with it is if they were the ones playing, but I have a life to attend to. I'll always have Bird Jesus and Brian, but sometimes you just have to let go...

We almost got a pet snake. A garter snake was slithering around in the backyard when my mom was gardening. I heard her scream from the other side of the house.

My backyard used to be a pretty big mess when we first moved into this house a while ago, with a bunch of rocks and untamed weeds and things like that. There used to be a few garter snakes that would show up on the driveway and deck and stuff from time to time. Eight-year-old me thought they were the coolest thing in New Jersey.

Since then we've cleaned up the yard quite a bit, and unfortunately I haven't seem them in a few years. Probably won't, ever. Shame.

Well, that's the US for you. They think they're so "exotic" for listening to a song that's not from their native land. Meh to that!

Oh, so you're into the "beginnings" of rock, huh? Well, major rock artists in their time and still are. Not bad!

I suppose you could say that. Though I do enjoy rock music from that time a great deal more than other genres it's a whole lot more than just their music. I'm not the official Victory Road Beatles Fanatic for nothing, I on the road to knowing EVERYTHING about them. That's something I bet no American fan of PSY could ever boast about.

No problem there. Everyone has their own taste in music and that's just keeping it general. It's good of you to be faithful to a band and respect their music while respecting all the other music around you. You've already got something to boast about just with that, since most people say they're into music, but beat down on certain genres. Bleh.

"Cuddly" is a term I use for critters in video games whom kill you.

"Aww, did you find a cuddly Creeper?" "Don't run away, the zombie only wants to cuddle with you." "Ooh, it's this part. You should cuddle with the fireball."

Oh my god.

So, today, my mom has stripped the bedding off of my bed to wash. Okay, that's normal enough. But on my bed was my pillow without its pillowcase, and it appears to have been used at some point as an art project for a group that my sister was once a part of. I can tell that because of the nature of the drawings and the signatures of "Samantha" and "Rebekah," whoever they are.

Anyway, one of those drawings was of a Pikachu. However, over the years, the ink has smudged and turned it into... well...

Are you ready for this?

You are my second favorite web site on the Internet Wikipedia and I have wasted more of my time on you than anywhere else in my life, but there are still so many things I do not get about you.

For example, with all of your tracking algorithms and data mining techniques.

HOW MANY MONTHS WILL IT TAKE YOU TO FIGURE OUT THAT I DO NOT WANT PEWDIEPIE AND RAP BATTLES ON MY HOME PAGE?

That is all! Sincerely,

I have my default bookmark to youtube for the my subsciptions page, I only see video from the people I'm subscribed to and only go to the main page if I'm really bored and want to see a random video.

Speaking of bad suggestions Tumblr has started a system where they recommend channels, some of them were good and related to my interests and others related to one post I liked. Except for one, even though I never look at porn on Tumblr they recommended a porn channel, it looked really nasty and I hope I never see it again.

Yes this is true. Unbeknownst to me at the time, they played by VGC rules at the Nintendo Store. They were yelling at us for using duplicate items. Heck, they even yelled at us for using multiple pseudo-legendaries such as Garchomp and Tyranitar even though they are completely VGC legal.

I wish we had random stuff going on just to spice things up (without having things to be a bit too...lethal). Life sometimes make me feel like "it could use some spice here and there".

Okay just felt like venting. Today was a pretty crappy day for me. I got very little sleep last night and I woke up early for a very big Smogon tournament match. I had been doing quite well in this tournament but my successful run came to a disheartening end this morning when I was severely haxed in the first few turns of the match and then some. The bad luck diminished any chances I had of winning the battle. Later on, I attempted to catch up on some sleep and homework and I failed miserably at both. In the evening, I attended a Super Bowl party with my friends. It was pretty fun, but I despise the Patriots more than any team in any sport and they stole yet another win that they probably did not deserve (in my opinion, no need to argue this if you disagree). Afterwards, my girl friend got angry at me for a very trivial reason and went to bed refusing to talk to me, which I know will turn into an argument tomorrow. Finally, just a little while ago, my roommate and I were talking about our high school football experiences and I was brought back to many awful memories that I have tried for years to forget.

I am extremely grateful for everything in my life, and I am usually a happy and positive person. However, today I felt completely weighed down by negative energy. I know it could always be much worse but I really hate these kinds of days.

Effectively, Nintendo has killed off most of the free features of Flipnote Studio 3D. However, I do believe it is possible to take the KZW files from the system and copy them to another. After testing, I was thinking of adding that extension to the approved list and creating a thread for sharing flipnotes.

I haven't installed Flipnote 3D yet so this may or may not be relevant, but I did find this on Nintendo Support about exporting to different file formats.

Yeah, those exams will suck you dry. I just got finished with my first year of college two weeks ago and they just utterly drained me of the ability to do anything else in my life. It was...well, depressing to say the least. At least it's all finished now and I can say that I've finally finished my first year of college.

In other news, I've been lounging around these past few days, not doing much besides playing Pokémon and Smash. I did get a part-time job to earn me a little money, but other than that nothing too stressful. Also Pokémon Mystery Dungeon hype, yo.

So, uh, I asked a chat bot to nickname my Pokémon. Basically the bot takes random phrases from chat history and echoes them back to you when you say its name. And . . . this happened.

FE fans, don't kill me plz.

New favorite method of nicknaming Pokémon.

Well, to be fair, there hasn't really been any big Pokémon news as of late (aside from Super Mystery Dungeon, whose impact varies between those who have played PMD and those who haven't). ORAS has been out for quite a while now and there hasn't been any sign of the X/Y sequel game(s), so admittedly there isn't much to discuss with regards to Pokémon. Also, I feel like a lot of the VR veterans (myself included) are getting older and are having to juggle adult responsibilities and are thus slowly losing time for chatting with old internet buds. I do try to check VR at least every other day, but as business is slow I don't find myself sticking around to chat very often.

That said, I've been pretty busy. I've been keeping myself occupied this summer with an online class for college credits and a part-time job. Between those two responsibilities I do have to find ways to make use of my astrophysics studies in the working sector, as I plan to major in it. I also am developing my skills in music composition and poetry, both of which I have been supported in by friends and family, and so perhaps I may go into some form of musical or poetry publication on the side. Somehow between all these responsibilities I find the time to play Smash or just hang out at home.

Man i wanted to start my tournament too, but i never had enough people that wanted to try it. Plus me and matty are doing this Pokemon GBA thing with some people on facebook to pass the time. If ur not sure what this GBA thing is, theres is this other group on youtube that does it and we are kinda doing it similar to them.

Other than the above stuff, i've been chilling out at my cousin's house in missouri for the past 2 months.

GBA being the organization type where you start with like 1100 points and "draft" a team of Pokémon from each tier that fall within that number of points? I'm in a league similar to that on another web site, season hasn't started yet but I like the idea so far. Draft was fun, with twelve people fighting over all of the good things.

I had the foresight to keep a massive spreadsheet of my team and all of its matchups. Hopefully I decided to track the right matchups, though :P

Also working on a program to figure out what the best team of 6 to bring to any given match would be. That should be fun.
