Ah, braces. I remember having to wear them. Admittedly, breakage prevention and teeth brushing became really difficult. I got through, though...it's not terrible, but it is a little cumbersome at times.

In 8th grade I had this weird fantasy about kissing my girlfriend and our braces getting locked together. We never got to try it though.

The 2nd chair sax challenged me for my position a few days ago. Most unfortunately, I lost due to a turn of events that played against me. For starters:

1. We're playing a JAZZ piece in a CLASSICAL band. Out of the 6 saxes there, I'm the only one not in jazz band.

2. Being in a classical band, one's supposed to use a classical mouthpiece. Again, I was the only one using a classical mouthpiece while the rest were using jazz.

3. I've never been a jazz person. Everyone else has experience in jazz.

But at least the director admitted to the race being extremely close. Hence, I plan to challenge him again and reclaim the spot. No doubt people are taking advantage of Asian stereotypes and trying to mock me... (i.e. YOU HAVE FAILED YOUR FAMILY YOU'RE ASIAN YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO LOSE BRAAAAH)

I suppose this could work in your favor when you retake 1st chair if you're willing to mock them a little bit. I know I would in that situation.

So to start my day, I got my results for my AP exam for biology. I got a 2 out of 5. Thank god it does affect my end of the year grade. Then, I had guard practice. There I learned I can't march this year, because I don't have health insurance. So when I got home I was in a bad mood, when Cory tells me I got mail from Spirit of Atlanta. I made it, but I can't do it because I need 4 years of marching or impending marching skill. I can't march this year, so I only have three years. Then I get a call from UVa about my tour date. Well it was moved to the day of debate prelims, so I can't go. And my end of the year paper for history was deleted

AP classes are hard, I currently take 2 at the moment: AP European History and AP Biology. In addition, this week have have AP mock exams, where they simulate what the actual AP exam would look like, but it counts as my final exam in the class for the semester. The actual AP tests for me are are about 1 week away; this school year went by quickly for me.

Nearly forgot to mention that Thursday was one of the greatest days I've ever had. I skipped most of my classes to practice my instrument for the concert and to study for a government final in 4th period. In those 3 periods, other than practicing and studying, I wrote a song, played Tekken for the first time, and BROKE A GUITAR~! We sounded amazing in the concert, too~

I'll be away tomorrow because I'm heading off to Cedar Point tomorrow for the day. It should be a fun day.
You should have taken me with you Quad!

Seriously, one of the best days of my life was at that park.

I auditioned for the Honors band yesterday, and the results will be announced tomorrow...oh dear lord, I'm so scared. The saxophone has so much competition this year, and I'm scared I might have been beaten to the punch. D:

My band teacher was being so mean to us. We had to sit for an hour and a half for something ANOTHER class did. I wasn't even there one day. And the worst part, I couldn't even READ MY KINDLE (Catching Fire) ;~;

My guard instructor wants me to throw a 7 on rifle and catch in a snare's arms. Um.. poor snare's going to get hurt.

The seniors in my district have their graduation on June 2nd. Their last day is next Wednesday. I don't get out of school until the 15th. Before then, I'm retaking the ACT on the 9th.

It's the final stretch....

The Film Music lecture for Friday was just an old Santa-looking guy banging random keys on his Korg.

I was so disappointed.

I scored a 93, 97, and 119 on my three Final Exams! I'm so psyched, Graduation is June 7th for me and I'm now all smiles. I especially needed a good score in my Sports Mecidine class, and that's where I got a 119, so I'm very relieved. :3

Actually, if you're on 50 posts per page (yes, it was hell back in /b/uizel with all the image spam), it's 200.

You're not obligated to do so. You could be like how I am with my MMX5 LP right now which is to go with the "I'll get it later" attitude.

Went to the Canadian Air Museum in Hamilton and went to see the HMCS Hiada today. Marvelous ship. Also had my heart stepped on a couple times yesterday. Won't go into much details on that, bottom line I'm alright now.

As for me, I tend to be more active on the chat than the real forums, but I do think that I have taken quite a liking to the Oekaki.

Hopefully, I'll be seeing more of you around these parts, Aquablast!
