Hello everyone! Trees and I will be hosting a special wifi tournament a week from this Saturday (May 31st) starting at 12:00 noon!!! The tournament will end Sunday June 1st at 12:00 midnight! Anyone is welcomed to join! It will be a singles mixed tier tournament in which you are only allowed to use 2 OU, 2 UU, and 2 LU Pokémon on your team! All though I have a feeling I'll end up forgetting about it.

I work a large majority of the week, so I don't know if I can make it in time, but sign me up. If you can give a concrete starting date and time, I'll let you know if I'll be around.

I wiped my save well before this because I was planning on doing a challenge run of the game, but the run seems much better suited to the Gen III remakes (which also weren't announced at the time). That, coupled with my rusty at best competitive mindset, make me believe it's better I sit this one out

Also, a lot of the UU Pokemon are spilling over into the LU tier, like Florges, Starmie, and Suicune.

Look promiseing, i was planning on cooking up a new team so i'll join. 2-2-2 in each tier will be tricking to come up with, but i do like to use other tier mons on my teams alot so this will be fun.

No they do not. However, hacked Pokemon are not allowed. When I say hacked I mean Pokemon with abilities that they cannot have and or moves they cannot possibly learn. If that happens to anyone, post the battle video code and I will check it out.

Hello everyone, just letting ya'll know that I updated the OP. I added that the tournament will take place a week from tomorrow at 12:00 noon. Also, as soon as registration ends Sunday at midnight, I will be using a randomizing website to assign mega-evolutions to all of the participants. Hurry up and secure your place in the tournament! We currently have 8 definites and 4 people who are most likely going to participate. The goal is 16 so spread the word and get everyone to battle!

U should do the random mega pokemon thing early, cause there be no point in my making team then get slaped with a mega i dont want to use, then i'll have to change my team again afterwards.

What if you want to use a Pokémon that's categorized in the BL category? Should we just consider them to be UU?

Yes. BL is considered OU, BL 2 is considered UU. Think about it if a Pokémon is banned from RU, the lowest tier in which it can be used is UU. Therefore, it is technically UU.

I don't know if that's a good idea. It's awful close to finals week for high schools, so being up late beforehand probably wouldn't be doable for some folks.

I was thinking, can we not do the battles at our own will? For example, the start date of the tourney will be at noon, but we can get our battles in at a certain time within the same day. That way it isn't as stressful for participants.. Kind of. Just in terms of scheduling. It can get annoying if battles aren't turned it on time. Just an option in case some of us work.

Some pokemon were listed twice in different tiers (Like forrtress). So it was hard to choose.
