Behold the elusive--even mythical--Ovis Derpicus Roseus, more commonly known as a Pink Sheep. This species is the result of an exceedingly rare genetic mutation that occurs roughly one time per 1,000 instances. Here, I observe it in its natural habitat: the ground. I may never see such a magnificent beast again, but the creature did allow me to take one photograph of it before it proceeded to turn around and walk off the cliff seen just behind it in the snapshot.
