WOWZA, IT'S A BOWSER!
I was messing around with my GameCube Action Replay and Mario Kart Double Dash!! This is the code that makes your kart and players huge. That being the case if you select something already large, it will take up a good chunk of the screen as demonstrated here by Bowser and Donkey Kong. Really fun for Mushroom Bridge/City where you can't see the traffic.
